Hi guys. Figured Id ask to see if any Terminator owners have used the Cobra Engineering passenger side secondary tensioner housing:

Cobra Engineering LLC

Trying to build-up the timing system in my GT500 and want the passenger intake cam timing issue gone. Id love to just go with the Accufab unit, but if the housing from Cobra Engineering works well I dont mind saving money lol.

Anyone use one of these little guys? Opinions?

I put one on my car when doing the 96 cobra cams. Its a nice piece but i think mmr makes one that is cheaper and comes with the plastic pads on it.

A lot of detail on it in this build: Aluminator Gibtec Build
Appreciate the reply. It does look like a great piece! You put a lot of solid effort into that engine man, thats very impressive!

@cj428mach I appreciate the heads up. I had originally penciled in MMR parts for the build, but a few engine builders and GT500 owners Ive talked to all had issues with fitment with MMR parts. I elected to go with other manufacturer's parts for my engine.
