Cobra Jet Manifold HELP!!!!

Hey everyone I'm trying to install my cobra jet manifold on my 2011 mustang GT but Im having issues. I bought a CAI from 01bluesnake but there is no PCV tube that connects the CAI to the Left side (driver side) of the valve cover. Can I run a breather filter on that side and the right side(passenger side) keep my JLT catch can? Or do I need both breather filters on each side? If so what do I do to close up the valve that's on the CJ manifold?

Also my other issue is I cannot figure out where this pieces goes (see the pic)? The direction do not show it and I don t have loose hoses or anything. I bought boss kit from LMR which was longer hoses and everything is all together not sure what I need that for.

Just run breathers on both ports, or tie in both PCV ports to a catch can setup. a vacuum cap is used to close the port on the manifold. I don't see any pic, so not sure what piece you are referring to.
