Cobra vandalism, what should I do?

If you rent and can afford it, you could move some place else. If you get rid of the car, nothing is preventing folks from ruining your other stuff you own. This argument is the same whether you keep the car or not.

I moved some place purposely so I could work on my cars without hassle from rent-a-cops at the complex I was living at.

I would never sell Kelly.
Kelly is not a need..she is a want.

There are such things as victims, plain old envy and folks just being assholes.

It isn't always the case that folks bring things on themselves. Sometimes trouble finds you ;-)
