I am in the process of gathering parts for a budget 306 build for my 95 gt…I wanted to ditch the stock fender badges (they are faded and look horrible) but didn’t want to fork out the money for new ones (they’re not cheap). I wanted something different, so I decided on some simple 306 badges. I have looked everywhere online trying to find some that look decent, with no luck.

I stumbled across a thread where someone mentioned the idea of using peugeot 306 badges…looked them up online and really liked the way they looked. The problem is that you can’t find these badges for sale ANYWHERE…

I work at a machine shop and I am an autocad drafter with plenty of autocad experience…I used the peugeot badges as a reference and did a 3d model of the badges and used that model to cut them using our cnc machine….I wanted them to LOOK stock, with chrome/polish face with the black around the text…I think they turned out great. I’m sure most people will look at them funny and ask “whats with the 306?” LOL

Let me know what you think….

They look really well done, nice job.

In for pics when they're mounted on your car.

Thanks man...It will be a while before they are mounted. Still have SEVERAL parts to round up and the build will begin. They won't go on till the build is finished.

But I will definitely remember to post pics of them on the car in this thread.

I like small little touches like these - make for a great conversation starter when someone asks about your ride.

Your building a 95 GT and not the one in your sig? Either way the badges look mint.

Yeah, i got a 95 about 2 years ago and the engine started knocking out of nowhere. I'm doing a fresh 306 with gt40p heads, explorer intake, and a small cam...the 2000 gt in my sig is a daily driver...its fast but the 95 will be faster when im done....thanks man

My brother is in the process of building a 306 for his notch. Extra set for sale?

This is the only set I have...If I have enough people interested I might can talk to my boss and see if he will let me do a few sets.

LOL...Thanks, They are 6061 aluminum...It polished up really nice and didn't take much work to get it there. 800,1000,1500 and polished with mothers mag and aluminum polish...this stuff is awesome and very easy to work with.

Make me a 410 set for my fox! I want them to look like the new 5.0 logo.

I think I know what your wanting, but if they are made, its gonna cost ya. I would have to get a model drawn up and programming the machine to do the model takes time. My coworker is the one that programs and runs the machine...we do it after hours, so it will be on his time (hes not cheap). The 306 badge is already programmed...So all we have to do is put the material on the machine and push start. Again, I can ask them and see what they think...it may or may not be something they wanna do. I'll let you know.

Thanks for all the compliments!!!

Nicely done man, is it going to be a blown 306?

thanks man...unfortunately no...its gonna be a daily driver and I didn't want anything crazy and plus its a budget build...but the setup should be a nice torque monster, for a almost stock n/a setup.

btw here is a pic of the car...

They look nice...any pics on the car yet??

Thanks...not yet, it will be a while before they go on. I still have to finish gathering parts for the build and drop the new engine in after it is assembled. I don't want to put them on and then them somehow get messed up during the tear down.
