Its a full interior car, it has a harness bar. The car is set up more for autocross, so yes it doesnt have a lot of power mods
STI can drive. It was 1/8 mile and if you pay attention he yells go, they dont go off horns. The roll race the STI got the hit so they just said they were ready and he went when he was ready
That Sti gets pulled by a stock SRT8 later in the vid. Don't think that outcome is a good representation of both cars
