Decklid Panel

What’s up guys, so I need some advice on what to do about my back Decklid panel on my GT500. It’s got its usual sunfade on the bottom side of it. My 14 GT had the same issue, it’s fairly common. However I’m trying to decide what I want to do.

Should I take it off and have it resprayed black, or do I go carbon fiber?

Got a part number for me to get a new one sir? It’s not Shelby specific i don’t think. When I take it off, the middle snake part isn’t attached right ?

That decklid panel for 2013-14 shelby GT500 is now Discontinued unfortunately

Ford (DR3Z-63423A42-GA). But i believe the panel with the GT emblem is still available. You just would have to swap emblems.​

Verify before you buy if you go that route
