Adhesive backed velcro. Put a couple of strips on the back of the plate and a couple on the bumper. The only thing that should be left behind when you do remove the velcro will be some adhesive residue that can be removed with some cleaner.:beer:

and if "the man" hassles you about the plate not being bolted on, take a few bolts and cut them down, then superglue them into the holes in the plate:-D
