Did the 93 Cobra come with a leather wrapped shift knob?

It didn't mention it in the sticky on the differences, so I guess it didnt. For some reason I thought it came with one instead of that old plastic one that the GT had...can anyone confirm?

93 had the same shift knob as the GT in 94 the cobra got the leather one

That's what I thought...I had an NOS knob that I had ordered for my 94 Cobra way back in the day...looks factory but feels soooo much better than the plastic knob. Great mod for those that don't like the non-stock looking knobs.

93 Cobra had the same plasticky shift knob. Upgrade to leather knob came in 94 Cobra. Nice upgrade for a 93 though. Very comfortable.
