Got the L dynoed today.

It was on a Dyno Jet

Here are the results

Pull #1 348.5 HP 438.7 Torque
Pull #2 351.8 HP 442.9 Torque
Pull #3 350.4 HP 438.6 Torque

Air Fuel was good at 12.0 - 11.9 thru the whole pull

I was hoping for something in the 380 HP range with my mods

2000 L
4lbs Lower
90mm Mass Air
JLP Air Induction
C&L True Flow Inlet Pipe
Bassani X Pipe, Spintech Mufflers
Boost Bypass
Predator
Tuned by RTWD

Ill post the dyno sheet after I get it scaned tonight.

SVTJAY - Where did you have it dynoed? I got 347 RWHP and 417 TQ '03 stock. I am in Livermore also and would like to hear the spintech's

One thing to keep in mind is that a person on 91 won't make as much power as a person on 94. Also every dyno reads different, i've seen as much as a 20 HP variance in the two local dyno's we have.

Also, SAE vs. STD vs. corrected are all a big playa too. I agree they look low even all things considered.

Dynos vary. But your #s are pretty low. If everything else is right then your tune is off. A 4lb, and chip with exhaust ought to make around 380-390 rwhp or more.

Weather also has a lot to do with your #s. It's hard to compare #s though..My nearly stock 03 L made 364.5. But you should at least be a little higher than that. Maybe it's the tune

We (DFW-SVTOA) held a dyno day this past Saturday, and my very stock '01 pulled 356/425, very respectable indeed. HOwever, a guy with a modded '02 (4#, Airraid, magnaflows, single-blade throttle body, and a chip, not sure what kind) was pulling 400/520, or thereabouts, so there is something wrong with his setup, unless the dyno is FUBAR'd or jsut POS.

EDIT: We were getting corrected numbers off a DynoJet, model unknown, at Speedworks in Lewisville, Tx, ~75deg, ~70%+ humidity.

The tech at Modacar is very thorough on setting the wheels on the top of the drum. I have had all three of my vehicles dyno'd there and have assisted on setting up 6-7 cars on the roller.
