Do you guys wave at other Lightnings?

In the Corvette community, waving to other vettes is almost
required part of ownership. In fact it get's rather tedious at
times and there is always internet accusations about which
generations waves the least or at other gens. Whatever.

I wave at other Lightnings. Sometimes I get waves, some
times weird looks...again whatever.

Today...I got 2-waves!!!:rockon:

A True Blue this morning coming opposite direction, and
then later on the way home while sitting first at a light,
a Dark Shadow Grey with guy/gal both waved while
crossing in front of me.

It's all good. :beer:

I do the wave. Most people wave back. Sometimes you see the surprised look on their face and then they scramble to wave back after they realized what just happened.

I always wave at other Cobra's, but sometimes when im wit a buddy...we just wave at almost everyone hehe

I wave at any cobra, nice GT or SVT. I have never gotten a wave from an 03. I guess they think they are too good? When I am in my Jeep Wrangler other jeeps always wave back.

I wave at lighting's and other mustangs. I hate when someone in a mustang or camaro drive by and rev there car when the pass you the opposite way.

Yeah I always wave at other L's. Sometimes other SVT owner's as well. Havin an SVT is like bein in a car club with them being a limited production vehicle.

Me too, not many people just 'end up' with an SVT. They usually go looking to buy one, like I did (all 3 times). If SVT made an Explorer, my wife would drive one too. Anyway, yes, I always wave at other L's.

i wave to the L guys and get the waves back
waved at a couple of cobras and i got funny looks(bunch of asshats)
in my mustang i always got some other jackass in a stang to rev at me (more asshats)
was with my cousin in his new jeep and everybody waves, i thought it was kinda funny, he was like i guess its a jeep thing

Did the "V" to other Vette owners when I had my Vette. Attempted to wave at every Lightning I saw when I had mine, some waved, some looked confused, some just ignored it.
Now when in the Cobra I sometimes wave at any SVT I happen to see. Some wave back, some look confused, some intentionally give you a " go to hell " look.
Every day of my life no matter if I am at work, play, or what ever, I will speak to every one I happen to walk past. Some respond, some look confused, some get offended, some give you a " go to hell look". Life goes on.......
