Does anybody know the part# for the rear tie rod end?

Well the previous owner ground down the tie rod end too fit smaller rims, But in doing so he ripped the boot up water and dirt got in and its a real mess I Want to just replace them to be on the safe side, So if anyone know the part# let me know.

This is for a 04 cobra.
