Does our third gear suck? or is it just me?

Ive been in multiple races where im pulling hard on someone in 1st and 2nd gear, but when I shift into third i dont pull nearly as hard, and then when i go into fourth i begin to pull hard again....

Is our third gear really tall or what is going on because my car has no balls in third gear?

Actually a Cobra is a monster in 3rd too...at least mine is.

Mine pulls hard in every gear but i'm at the 600/600 level so it had better.

2nd was always my favority, but 3rd was never a problem. I've never heard of a case where the car pulls strong in 1st, 2nd, and 4th but not in 3rd.

Mine doesn't even pull hard UNTIL I get to 3rd! It will chatter the tires in first and second, so I have to be careful there.

no I wasnt getting sprayed on, my car feel like it pulls just as hard in third, but when im next to a car i can tell it doesnt pull as hard

The 03/04 third gear is pretty well known. You will see lots of I had a fender on the cobra untill third gear and then he pulled me good.

3rd gear = MONSTER

My car pulls like a freight train in 3rd.

is it visual or do you feel it? sometimes when im just farting around it feels slow but that's cause im just plowing into it at like 2k. most cars are strong in 3rd. it seems to be a feel good gear(ratio wise).perhaps those other cars have good grunt in that gear too.
