If her Insurance is USAA good luck cover your backside. I was rear ended in my F150 by a texting driver. She was ticketed, USAA did everything thet could to make it difficult to get the truck fixed. The only way the lying stopped was because they stooped returning calls.

I hope I don't rain on your parade, but even if they get you a new replacement, there is a good chance the color won't match your originals. Sorry for the possible negative outlook, but that is what has been reported from other owners that had their wheels replaced.

Claim denied because hervpolicy was cancelled the day before the incident. WOW. Just freaking wow.

That's were your insurance is suppose to step-up and pay. Let your insurance company do their job and pursue the other driver for damages.

Your insurance co can locate a wheel for you. I had something similar and ask if they could locate a wheel for me. I got a call back with a number and location. Talk sweet to the lady.
