Torque isn't a issue as far as down low is concerned. Of course, it wont be the intinal hit of the KB/Whipple cars but as fast as it takes to goes from 3400-4100 won't be noticable when the "freight train" starts moving.
Just think about it, there is ways around the torque loss. You can either launch off the two step at the track, and just use your powerband on the street while moving. Trust me, the little TQ you lose is worth it, try hooking 900+ HP on the street, not that easy.
As far as Gas milage is concerned I will stay out of that arguement, my 11 MPG isn't so killer :fm:
