Yes that would be enough for your goals, there's a few threads on the Distillery section on this same subject. Do some searching

not enough injector...need to go to 105's or 120's....the rest of the system should be good for 650

Wrong. I made 770/730 on E85 with 80lb injectors, they were close to maxed out but they worked. I run 105s now because im making a little more power and wanted to be on the safe side. For the OP goals, 80s are fine

Enter Engine Data

Engine Horse Power (Crank): 650 * 1.18 = ~770 crank hp
BSFC : 0.55
Number of Injectors: 8
Max Duty Cycle: 85% duty cycle * 65% (35% headroom for e85) = 55.25%
Fuel Pressure: 43.5psi

Calculated Injector Flow Rate
lb/hr: 96 lb's
cc/min

Injector Size Calculator or this calculator works great as well, Fuel Injector Calculator from WitchHunter Performance

anyone using 80lb to make 650rwhp is being unsafe. Sure you can turn up base fuel pressure and such to get a little more out of them, but I like to not be on the edge with something as important as fuel.

Not to mention real world...Quade's GT500 maxed 80's at 950 rwhp on URT. 900 rwhp * 0.65 (35% headroom for e85 again) = 617 rwhp

There are MANY threads of people making 800 on E85 with 80s, go to the Distillery forum and look for yourself. The op asked if 80s would be enough for 650 the answer is YES.

Dude I am putting down 755hp on 80's and am going for 850+ end of this week. I am sure that my tuner JAMES PARKER. Who most say is the best 03/04 Cobra Tuner in America would disagree with you. He is quoted as saying on here before, I have dynoed cars up to 924hp on E85 and 80lb injectors.

I am proof, youtube me. Next week I'll have the 8xxhp Video up when we do it.

Venom- Idk How are cars run, since we run E85 and 80's???

Added a 4lb lower and spray

OP. You will be fine with your set up @ 650 RWHP. The only thing I would suggest would be to switch from the single modded FPDM to the Dual FPDM set up. It will lower your duty cycle even more and give you a little more headroom.

My old car with a Gen2 Whipple, 2.60 Upper/stock lower, Fore Hat, Twin GT Pumps, Dual FPDM's, 40 AMP BAP set @ 50, Wiring Upgraded throughout, -8 Fuel Line, 80# Injectors is at 90% MAX FPDC and 83% on Injector Duty Cycle at 6500+ RPM's. This datlog was taken today by the new owner.

83% Is Plenty of room I would say.
