My 97 w/ vortech t-trim is going in March for conversion to E85 and pulley swap (to 2.95" 8 rib and 8.00" lower). The most recent dyno came in at a disappointing 460rwhp with the 3.25" pulley and 12psi as covered in another post. It appears to be running out of fuel with the 42 lb injectors and 15 year old fuel system. Anyone running similar set up ? What psi can I expect w/ported heads (15 + ) ?

If you're going E85 you need a ditch that fuel system it cannot handle it... you will need 80lb injectors minimum and a whole lot more fuel pump than a 255

Yes, I realize that...the entire fuel system is being upgraded, new lines, rails, pump, 80 lb injectors etc.
