hopefully ill be on the list soon! ordered my wheel studs so I can get my racestars on the car then maybe I can get a run in before the track closes
This should be a sticky in the Time Slip Bar! I may not have a ported Eaton any more but I still like to keep up with the list to see if ive been knocked down a peg or two from my spot! lol
these cobras still rock and prob will be one of my fav cars. I tuned 94-98transam's cobra and it was exciting seeing this thing hit the 10's.
Yeah, Cory had a heckuva car and was one of the pioneers. That little ole' 4.6 with the stock M-112 Eaton can be a real potent combination if you know what you're doing.
yea since he had a turbo chevy pick up in the 10's and now has a 13 mustang gt. My fords are gone now racing a e55 amg mercedes. Id sure like a 03 cobra though one day

Sorry Shadow, you're on E85. I have that on the nitrous/E85 list and don't include them on the 130 MPH Club. But great job nonetheless! :beer:I am also in the 130mph club
Nah, no worries about race gas. The E85 guys have been putting out 30-40 more RWHP than their Non-corn brothers and this kind of put them in another category.
Yeah, 552 isn't bad for a stock manifold car :rockon:
I guess I could put it and myself on a diet and run 93 if I really wanted to, but that isn't any fun is it?
any updates? Any more pump gas eaton verts out there in the 10's these days? or did everyone move on to bigger blowers/E85?
Wow... how has this fallen so far behind? Im out of the ported Eaton world now but i always look forward to keeping up with the fastest eaton guys and new members trying to make the list. Ours predates Street Outlaws list by a long stretch!! lolol

Yeah, not much activity here that I've seen in the last few years. There was an excellent interest in drag racing the stock blower setup that started in 06' and lasted until 2010. We really started figuring out the formula for this and a bunch of folks jumped on the bandwagon.
I sold my 03' in 2010 and bought a 2007 GT500 and racing the stock blower with the Shelbys has never really caught on. The GT500 guys usually just throw a TVS or twin screw on without even messing with the Eaton. And crazy thing is, it may actually be easier/cheaper to hit 10's with the GT500's than it is with the Terminators......

2010 was what I'll call the prime. Posi ports were full swing, 10 second combos were popping up everywhere. bought mine in 07 and got into playing with it around the 2010 mark. hopefully I'll back back in the loop by the end of summer

wish to make it to the list, but everything i do makes me slower i had a 5.1 stroker now i have a stock bottom end, went from 11.7@117 to 12.7@113 now I'm returning to IRS 'cause I traded a friend which i guess will slow me down even more, but my goal is a 10 sec 6spd IRS Terminator, it can be done!
