Eaton swap using Marauder parts

Does anyone know if the '99 alternator is the same as the 03/04 & Marauder alternator?

I am looking very closely at the swap going this route. I hope to be seeing parts in person very soon as a guy about 40 miles from me with a black '01 Cobra said he ordered the brackets and should be here by this weekend. This was and is a heck of an idea for these brackets!!!
