I am thinking about buying the edelbrock aluminum heads, they are 1k. Is that good way for me to spend my money, i have heard that it adds about 75-80 horsepower and torque. Anybody that has these let me know what u think... thanx

I just put a set of Edelbrock performer heads 1.90/1.60 valves and 60cc combustion chambers on my car. I can't say for sure the amount of increase but just from driving it around the car feels crisper and it has a deeper tone.
You'll definatly pick up more power with a better flowing head and you'll lose about 60 pounds.

I built a 351 windor last weekend and put a set on it. They are very sweet heads. Very well made and great ports. :beer:
