Engine builder needed in so.sla

Have a 2012 mustang that i got some billet rods, new crank, pistons etc need the rotating assemble balanced who do you guys recommend this will be a 850whp+ build, i already spoke to a couple of shops but want to know what you guys say, new to the area as far as engine builders.
