Whoever keeps bringing up these stupid laws needs to be taken outside and publicly beaten within an inch of their life with spoons.

We need to pass a spoon beating law specifically for stupid politicians, or just bypass that and beat them with spoons anyways.

I believe the EPA themselves wrote it. They snuck in the few lines into a 700 page law.

The intent was to get the over worked and lazy congressmen to skim over it and vote yes.
