Exhaust problem, help me decide

k ill try to make this short and sweet

bought my cobra 2 weeks ago. inspection was due in feb.
the people welded some flows to an o/r H.
what should i do to get it inspected? catted mid pipe and weld that up?
whole new exhaust?
any other choices?

yeah you gotta get some cats in there somehow unless you know someone, and if you do let me know about it since we are in the same city! either weld em in or get a catted H or X.

probably end up welding some up. i tried the one right by my house on baileywick and they wont pass it. I heard one on capital blvd will though so i might try that

just weld on some cat heat shields :burnout: you will pass the visual with no problem do you have a CEL on?

where do i get cat heat shields? i gotta do something about my exhaust in the next 2 days

go to any local autorepair shop and see if they have any old cats layin around. use a die grinder and cut off the shields. paint them so they look all nice, then weld em on. easy fix.
