Extra digits are fairly common and are usually removed shortly after birth. In fact the boy's father had an extra digit on his hand when born and had it removed. Like someone said...........it is a genetic trait.

With this kid it is a lot different. He has 6 perfect fingers on each hand and also 6 perfect toes on each foot............something that is extremely extremely rare.

I doubt they will cut them off.
