I just did a t56 swap on my Mach and I have the 3650 that I took out of it for sale. Its in excellent condition.
The 2003 mach that the trans came out of is mine and its a one owner car and only has a little over 39,000 miles on it.
The 3650 was rebuilt and upgraded with ford tsb TSB 04-15-6 at about 22,000 miles. The tsb raises the tq rating of the trans from the stock 360ft lbs to 425-450ft lbs. The 3650 only has about 17,000 miles on it since dealer rebuilt/upgrade.
The trans runs and shifts great. There is nothing wrong with the transmission at all and I have changed the fluid in it once a year, regardless of how little miles were put on it, since I bought my Mach brand new off the showroom floor in 2003.
The trans comes complete from input shaft/bell housing to tailshaft. It comes with all the sensors bolted on it, shifter fork with ford racing tb still on it, trans mount and cross member. I also have a complete and excellent condition Steeda tri ax shifter that comes with it too.
