You have no expectation of privacy in regards to your name. Especially if it's posted within the public domain. Also, your DL # doesn't belong to you. The government owns it.

For a jury to do anything, you'd have to show actual damages. You have no actual damages.
As for your kids, that's a line I don't cross, but the pictures are freely available on your wife's website which is easily found through google. Maybe you should sue Google for indexing your wife's website and making those pictures available to the general public.

First, I'm not a LEO. Your lack of reading comprehension completely fails you. Thus, it proves no point.
Second, is it legal? Yes. The information is in the public domain and anyone has access to it. If you don't like your information being publicly accessible you need to file the appropriate paperwork with the state of Florida to mark your information private. You also need to remove personally identifiable information from your myspace, facebook, linkedin, and any other website you're a member of. Then you need to search the internet and remove any personal information you may have freely posted at some time in your life.
Is it ethical? If I were a LEO, then no, it wouldn't be ethical, but I'm not a professional that would have any type of fiduciary duty to protect your publicly posted information.
Feel free to post any information I may have posted on the internet that you can find. I'm careful to protect my privacy and not post information such as you have.
If you look at the post again, I didn't post your address or phone number. I may have posted parts of them, but for all you know, that's all the information I have.
