someone posted this on LS1TECH on the street racing section, my friend sent me the link and said i need whatever this guy has done. Makes me want the CJ setup, or at least a clutch and DS lol

I wonder if hes got a heads/cams setup on top of the CJ. Would explain the freight train

Anyone else think its cammed and weight reduced? With a tiny shot also?

Max effort N/A setup on these cars is the CJ manifold/CJ oval TB/5'' cai/long tube headers/x-pipe/tune/carbon ds. Thats before going inside the motor with cams.

That evo sounds pretty quiet for being fully modded...

A CJ, and full bolt on car with E85, a CF DS, light weight flywheel, and I'm assuming a pretty spot on tune should be good for 460-470whp.

Yep.

Just goes to show what reducing the weight can do. Fast revving motors like the 5.0 REALLY respond when weight is reduced.

No nitrous, stock cams, stock heads, etc, etc. Just a basic bolt-on car.

The fact that andrew and travis are BEAST drivers, AED tuned and clever street racers doesnt hurt either. They surprised me when i raced them back in the day.

Car runs spot on. Probably makes 460-470. Light flywheel and driveshaft pulls about 30 pounds out of the drivetrain that is huge. Cant wait till i switch over to CJ setup.
