Finding Previous Owner on GT500?

I found a GT500 on at a used car dealership, and I have the VIN. Is there any way I can find who the previous owners were? Maybe somebody on here knows them, or maybe the car used to be owned by a member on these forums? If the VIN isn't helpful for trying to find the previous owners, maybe there's a registry? If so, is there another number, besides the VIN, that I can use to help?

Does it have nav? The reason I ask is because on my nav system, the previous owner still had his phone connected. I could've called him if I wanted to.

VIN number can be used through OASIS to find previous owner if they purchased an extended warranty or had warranty work done, any service advisor can do this. Getting them to do it, may be another matter entirely.
