Jay ( Engcon ) on his first run while qualifing ran a 10.6 @ 132 MPH..................I will get better numbers later.

Do you think anyone will hit high 8's.....I know that's pushin' it too far.

I just figured all the heavy hitters would be at Bowling Green.

Richard went with a killer tune and looking for low 9s, dosent think there is enough power in the car to hit the 8s at the weight they are running

Yes Jay is the one with the Sonic Blue.........I hope they have cooler weather on Sat. for better times.

I know he's shooting for a 10.5 this weekend....I'm crossing my fingers for him!! (if you talk to him tomorrow...tell him to come to SA and teach me how to drive ;-) )

yeah, it was a nice run but the other Strictly Performance Terminator (Biscamp's) sheared off the blower pulley in qualifying and sent it flying across the track....they're having a new snout overnighted and will be ready to run in the morning :beer:

when running 25lbs with some serious belt tension, things seem to break. I have seen 2 other KB cars do that same thing. Good luck to all that are there in attendance

No I am in Waco for the weekend, I am having problems with my intercooler pump, it keeps getting air inside and lossing prime. I am going to fix this before any more high speed passes. I am waiting for Richard to get back to put the Cobra in the shop and start the trouble shooting process.
