I was surfing the wonderful world of MySpace...lol... and came across this awesome Drumline. I played Quads in my drumline for highschool and I could only wish our drumline sounded this awesome. We had a decent drumline, better than most in the area, but this is just soooo awesome! I thought I'd share it. heh... It gives some set players cool ideas for the kit. What do ya think?

Ahhh.. Big 8... That would be the Florida State Marching Chiefs drumline. My alma mater. I played trumpet with them my freshman season in 1998-1999. They are one of THE BEST drumlines.. EVER. Well, one of THE BEST and THE BIGGEST marching bands... It was an honor to play with them. The drumline my year was sick.

The bass line solo is also big 8. they released a cd back in 99 that i bought and lost. :( they had all their cadences on it. i think it was like the only one they ever put out...

I used to do drum corps stuff. There are some very good college lines, but most of the top drum corps batteries will put the college lines to shame.

Okay, so it was 2:30 in the morning when i wrote about the Chiefs drumline being the best.. but im kinda biased.. :) I totally forgot about drum and bugle corps.. Yeah, EVERY section in the corps are tight... I never did drum and bugle corps unfortunately.
