For Those Of U Using Synthetic Oil. How Many Miles Between Oil Changes?

I got my oil changed first at 1K miles using sythetic oil. I am at about 5850 miles now and I am wondering if I went too long without an oil change... I thought with synthetic I should be doing it about every 5K miles... Is this correct? Well, I put up a poll anyway.

every 5000 changed with Amsoil 2000 series. I don't know if I would go that long on anything else though.

I change my Mobil 1 synthetic every 4,000 miles cause I run it hard all the time.

Probably depends on if its an easy going 3k or a raced to hell and back 3k, I usually go 2500 because I'm addicted to gas pedals, cheap insurance to do it 500 miles early, better too clean than broken!

I don't do 3000 a year....so I change my oil with Mobil 1 every 6 months with a Motorcraft filter.

Every 3,000 miles with Mobil 1 5W30. I use the Mobil 1 filter as well...

Lets see, I've had my car for almost 2 years and its got 2600 miles on it. So if I wait for 3000 miles I wouldn't have changed the oil yet! Lol I use Ford full sythetic 5W30 every 3 months. Talk about over kill.

I change mine every 4,000 miles with the new Quaker State High Horsepower Synthetic blend 5w-30. I do it at that mileage because of their Quaker State® 10-Year/250,000 Mile Limited Warranty.
