Both were s/c cars. Looked identical to one another just one had a shute on the back and one has a big dent coming out of the hood(looks like a blower belt exited lol) really is cool to see all the different things and engineering that goes into those cars.

Ford did a bang up job on the Cobra Jets. They did a lot to take weight out of them. I'm tryin to get my down to 3170 with me, 25.5 cage and 150# of ballast in it.

Yea they look to be very light, i was looking in it at the jlp booth and i noticed when the trunk was popped its a stock decklid with all the bracing trimmed off leaving just the outter lip to attach it. They do a clean job building those cars. The downtube on the driverside goes through the whole the headlight switch is normally. The way everything is done is very clean and well thought out. Definitly bad ass cars. So if the s/c 5.0s run 8s what do the n/a 5.0s run???

The NA 5.0 straight from Ford just turning the key and putting it in D runs in the 10.5 range at ~128mph.
