Ford K Springs? Ford L Springs?

I've read to use both of these in the car, I'm wondering if you guys can tell me the difference -- I'd like a nice moderate drop as well, too much wheel gap on the stock springs, but obviously don't want to go too low and destroy the shocks with an incredibly bouncy ride.

FRPP lowering springs are a 1.25 inch drop. I read that steeda made some that drop the rear a bit more, 1.5 inch in the rear and 1.25 inch up front correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks -- but Im also trying to find the difference in K and L Springs -- as I've been recommended both.

Man would it be nice to see a thread about lowering springs in picture form with wheel size, type, and rims+ offset information added. Sweet looking rides with information? How could it go wrong!
