Had to do it just for the peace of mind, plus it's 20lbs. lighter and much stronger than the crappy two piece. No vibration at all and really no more noise. Even at 150 mph smooth as butter, and the same at 55. It does spin up a little quicker, my MT82 appreciates it. If your thinking about it, just do it. FYI Dana Spicer makes this shaft for FP, with a HP rating of 940 and a torque rating of 4231. Me and a friend do it in a hour and 20, much easier than doing it yourself, especially when socking the bolts down, I was spinning the tire and engaging the handbrake. You do have to reuse the 12mm 12 pt. bolts or opt for new ones at the tranny flange, I went new, 11 bucks and change for the 4. Would have been nice if they were included, all the other bolts were.
