Ford Racing GT cams?

SO who has done the Ford GT cams and what did you notice about them after the install. What kind of gains did it pick up, any lope from the extra lift? Stuff like that.

I have seen these for pretty cheep and was wondering about gains.

I haven't done the just for the fact that you need to pull the motor to do the cam swap...

Labor alone should be crazy for just a cam swap... I'd do cams when the motor is already out for a build...

They say the cans are only good for about 20 Hp max.
