Hey guys, I've had a change of plans, which means this last blower may still be available to those that may want to pick this one up.

I suggest you guys hurry up, because there won't be anymore available for awhile, and you CANNOT beat this deal!

Which One...

O.K. just thought I should let you guys know.

I have one left at the $2833.00 price.

It appears that FRPP had a small price change that went into effect as of July 1st.

Any of the M-6066-CT46 Whipples ordered after this one is gone will be $2856.00

And the black Whipple appears to have gone on backorder also.

Which Plenum does this one have?

The stock TB one...where you wouldn't need to spend a few hundred $ more on an aftermarket TB. Read this post, and you'll see how well the stock one performs:

...I have yet to see concrete data showing that the oval TB is consistantly making more power than the factory TB on equaly equiped Whipple powered Cobras. In my opinion and as far as I've seen the power gain of the oval TB may be less than 5-10 RWHP if that much...

My car is a perfect example of that... 575 RWHP, 525 RWTQ with just the factory TB Whipple Blower @ 15 psi, SCT chip, 60 lb injectors, SCT MAF, BAP, upgraded fuel line/filter, 10" S&B filter, stock manifolds, magnaflow catt'ed X-pipe, and borla stinger CB. Not bad for a car with the factory TB and only 15 psi of boost and 18 degrees of max timing.

Until somebody can prove with good data that the stock TB is a restriction at a particular boost treshold I will still say that is not worth the $400-$500 extra for the oval TB.

I say get the factory TB style Whipple and enjoy the power

The last one is spoken for and FRPP now has both on backorder until mid August (I think).

I will continue to try to maintain the lowest prices on these for you guys.

How much is the FR500 Catback going for steve???

HEY....This is the Whipple thread...whats wrong with you... :bash: :poke: .

Sorry, sometimes I just can't help myself ;-)

I just ordered one of those for a guy yesterday, your cost $495.00.

It appears that they will not be making any more of these and once they are gone, they are gone.

Please don't bump threads that are over a year old. It just makes no sense what-so-ever.

Especially when you can't get a new Whipple for $2833.00.

I got all excited when I saw that!

Come on Steve, what do you say......can I get one of those new Whipples for the above price?

Hey guys, As you have all figured out this is a really old thread.

I am now doing the Black finish Whipples for $3000.00 shipped with either TB plenum.

I will also try to match or beat anyones price on these IF anyone finds a lower price.

BTW- a complete set of gaskets for the blower swap runs about $60.00 from me.
