Whats the difference between the 900HP H beam MMR rods and the manley rods? I thought the Manleys were rated to 700 so im a little confused why they are used in the 1000HP motor vs your H beam rods.
Ill be needing a motor to handle 1000-1200RWHP on E85 soon and I want to make sure the Manley rods are up to it.
Also I really like the 4.75 1000HP motor but what is the crank rated to? 1200 like the 4.6 version?
Thanks!

Manley rates rods very differently than most companies, if you ask them however they will tell you they can handle far more than 700HP. They rate them under nascar style use where they are operated at full power, full RPM for their entire life. There is no diffeence between the MMR and Manley rod however, you are simply paying for the name and because it is cheaper we use them in the 900 series engines to keep cost down. Both however are great rods and we have not had 1 single failure in 13 years!!

As far as the MMR 4.75 the crank will handle well over 1200 RWHP!

Let us know if you have any other questions, we look forward to helping you!
