Well I have been thinking about doing it since I got the turbo kit on so I finally pulled the trigger! Designed my own trim ring and had it made on a water jet at work. My neighbor and I made the 3 1/2 pipe out the bumper.

To be honest with the windows up it is really not that loud.. roll down the drivers window and you can definitely hear it. Only at wide open throttle would I say it is louder then my bullets with dumps. Doesn't have that dreaded droning sound. I will post a sound clip tomorrow.
Looks like a clean Install to me , would also love to hear it . Post video if possible

Will get a vid tomorrow. As for the smell you really don't smell anything while moving. In traffic with window down the smell of fuel is present but not overwhelming. Roll the windows up and you would never know it was there. Going to run some race gas so a little smell of it in traffic is ok with me.. lol
