It HURTS really, really bad to even write this post... I am in the process of making a ton of changes in my life financially with one of them being to open my own business this year. Selling this car is unfortunately a must. I will be back in one ASAP though, but it sucks really bad as I just found this car and finished making it "my own" back in August.
Anyways, on to the car... as stated, it is a 2004 Competition Orange Cobra Convertible, 1 of 72 as most of you know, located in the Wilmington, NC area. It has a little over 73,xxx miles on it now. The car is in great shape overall and runs amazing. I just flushed the coolant, royal purple oil (5w-30 HPS) with RP filter, trans fluid RP synchromax (shifts a ton better), and changed the plugs. I have babies the crap out of this car since picking it up in August. Here is a short list of mods:
2.76 Billetflow Pulley
Billetflow set of idlers
Canton polished coolant tank
Reisch 170* Thermostat
JLT Color Matched High Boost Intake
SCT BA2600 MAF
O/R Bassani X-Pipe
SLP LM1 Catback
MM FLSFC
Lowered (unsure of brand of springs)
Hilton High Boost Overlay
Centerforce Clutch
Real Carbon Fiber Overlay for gauges
Steeda TriAx Shifter
Firewall adjuster/quadrant
The bad:
Slight chirp from TOB
Paint chip from rock on front bumper under fog light
Hood has painted on stripes (depends on your taste but I planned on repainting it)
Could use new rear tires and rear fenders rolled
Car makes great power, drives amazing, sounds amazing, and you get people staring and looking/complementing the car wherever you go. This car is build #9 of 1896 2004 Cobra Convertibles (the guy at fordshowparts.com said it was the lowest build number he has looked up so that's pretty cool too.) Price is 27k OBO. Please do not comment on price, I know it is worth it. I have put a lot of $ in this car in just the little time I have owned it. The only thing I ask is that I keep the Fastlane Coil Covers
