I'm betting he made a mistake, he has a modfords for-sale thread where he's offering the blower by itself. It says here in his first post the t/b is included for the $3K.

The throttle body is included for 3k along with an extra $150 pulley. I edited this thread a few days ago but I couldn't edit the original post on modfords so I posted under that one the changes I made
