Boot into safemode and run a complete system scan with Norton AV. You should be able to quarantine or delete the file that way.

You can boot into safe mode by pressing F8 before the "Starting Windows" splash screen appears.

Me personally, I always use Trojans when I going for the "Backdoor" :-D
