But my town seems to go up fast and not move a penny for 3 or 4 weeks, then either droo 3c or jump 10c

I just checked BJ's and they went up .10 since yesterday to $4.89 for Premium. Costco hasn't changed yet but I expect to see them jump to $4.99 later today or tomorrow. They're usually .10 higher than Costco because they offer members a .10 discount.

Yep, as expected, Costco has gone up .10 overnight for Premium, which is now $4.99.
BJ's jumped .05 to $4.94. Thanks Biden!!

I remember in the early 2000's Premium was 20-30cents higher than regular. Then it was 45 then 60 cents.

Now, depending on the owner/location of the gas station I've seen up to a dollar more for 93.

Racetrac/Wawa are at least consistent with 60c over regular.
