Three questions:
Is there any emissions inspection in VA and how low is that radiator? I would be a little worried about hitting it on a driveway incline.
And where in VA are you?

No emissions in SW VA where I live. Northern has it tho. I would expect it to pass fine, still has cats and all.

The radiator is a stock 03/04 aluminum piece in the factory location. the intercooler has two braces that run under it if you get on anything where clearance is an issue the braces would make contact, not the cooler. THe ride height is adjustable with the coil overs...
