Gap help.......

I bought a set of tr7's when I got tuned. The guy who sold them to me, told me not to gap them anymore. I didn't think about it cause it is a very reputable shop. I checked the gap on them and they were at .024.
My question is, if I got tuned at .024, will I be ok to gap them at .032?
This won't affect my tune will it?
Will it make more power? If so, about how much?

It's ok to regap them and it won't affect the tune. Won't make more power but you may get a bit smoother idle/cruise with the wider .032 gap.

Yeah. I did a self port. That's why I wanted to go to .032.
I guess I was just excited to get her going that I didn't think about the gap.
