gears for an '03

what is the best gearing for the 03? I know 3.55's are alot for stock but a set of 4.10's might get that DOHC goin even harder......I know 4.30's are definitely way too much for a blown motor so either 3.55's(stock), 3.73's, or 4.10's????

And duz anybody know exactly how strong the stock IRS is???just wonderin how many drag launches it could take......

No need to change the gears unless you're going to a taller tire. My 75 cents.

My vote is for the stock gearing. The 3.73 isn't going to net much difference. The difference at any speed will probably be in the 200RPM range. The 4.10 gears would just be obnoxious. First gear barely lasts long enough as it is. Does Ford have 3.90s?
