What's it worth?

It's a Ford Racing crate engine with 6,000 miles on it.

Totally complete engine. From Throttle body to pan.

I don't have it yet. Need to know what it worth

they used to sell OE longblocks for $1950 about a year ago. It was a really good deal at that time, at least everybody said so. Don't know if that helps

an engine like that is really hard to find these days, nearly impossible. If you arent in a hurry to sell it, you could probably get some really good money for it. do you want it for yourself or to resell?

I looked there last night. But they have nothing like what I have.:-D

I called a friend at Ford today and he said they haven't made/sold the "complete" Gen I Lightning engine for 2-3 years now and there are none on ebay.

He said the one I have should be worth around $4000-$5000 to the right person.:pepper:
So I'm thinking $3500 CASH;-)

Larry,

I have a Complete NOS Gen 1 motor in my truck. It was 4195 shipped to my door.

That was in 05. Found it through some place that gets NOS Ford long blocks.

It was complete form T/b to oil pan and balancer to flywheel

I don't think you can find one now.

You could rebuild one on your own for a lot less and use much better parts while doing it.
