Don't know what your budget is. But, why not get an ecoboost explorer or edge and tune it? Good MPG and would be pretty quick.

I would just add a 75-100 shot of nitrous. That way you keep the good gas mileage but at the flick of a switch you can add some kick to the 'hoe.

A supercharger, ported heads and a blower cam should be able to get you there. Throw in a set of long tubes, high flow cats and a large muffler(to keep it on the DL) will help with maximizing the combo.

Just get one w/o the graphics package, thats all. Then it looks like every other lifted F150 with an ebay knock off Raptor grille.

Bonus points if you replace the stock grille with the "OOOO" one.
