Broke my back racing motocross years ago and ended up T12 paraplegic. Use hand controls to drive and have to run auto trans. Got into an '08 Roush 428R with an automatic until I came across an '08 GT500 that had been converted to auto using an FB Performance trans. Tossed a rod on the stock shortblock running a KB2.8 a few months ago and have since done a built 5.4 with lots of fun stuff in it. Lots of cool GT500's out there, but this one is fairly unique running an auto trans with hand controls. Greetings from Reno, NV.

Welcome to SVTPerformance! That is a really great looking GT-500 you have. Just curious. Were the hand controls expensive to have installed?

Sorry to hear about your back man. Does the instant torque from the car not hurt your back either? Cool and unique car nonetheless and welcome!

Clutch pedal was left in the car by the guy that did the conversion, not sure why. They welded the brake and clutch pedal together so it's one giant brake pedal now. The pedals still work too.
