GT500 midpipe

Will a GT500 aftermarket midpipe from a 11 GT500 fit on my 12 GT?

The 2011-12 GT500's were 2.75" . Not sure if the exhaust is configured the same, but I would think no.

This will not work. For one, the the connection to the factory manifolds between the two cars is different.

In no was will this work. The gt mid pipe is shorter do to having mid length headers stock. The gt500 uses shortie maninfolds which makes the midpipe longer. Also the gt500 uses ball joint flanges to conec to theheaders. The gt uses flat flanges with a gasket.

Ok thanks. A friend is giving me his aftermarket midpipe and just thought it may be worth a shot

FYI----the over the axle pipes will work...
