GT350s have the "Carbon Fiber Composite" on the site shield. Hennessey is just showing you a regular 5.0 with a Whipple on it and trying to pass it off as a GT350. I highly doubt he swapped out the GT350's specific site shield for a regular Mustang GT plain site shield.

Also, the car they advertise in all their photos is white, yet the engine bay of the engine pics is of a black Mustang.
