Anyone know the significance of building 119?

"The 119 serial numbers signify the 50-year anniversary of the ‘69 24 Hours of LeMans victory." So, I can see the '19' from 2019 significance, but not the other '1', unless it was an arbitrary choice if 219 or 319 were more than they want to build, and '19' would have been too few. ??

So maybe I figured it out. ?? 1st place in the 1969 24 Hours of LeMans.
50 years from 1969 is 2019. Equals 119.

I'm kind of curious what they have going on with the brakes, specifically the rears. I assume they are GT350 parts but the front rotors certainly aren't OEM 350 rotors.

Not a collector. This is the only mustang I have now. Past mustangs have been a 2004 SVT Cobra, 2017 Roush P-51(#37) 2017 Roush Stage 2 Convertible, 2018 Roush Jackhammer(#1) 2019 Roush Stage 3 Convertible.
